Private by Default
All your data lives on your device. There is no analytics, no behavioural tracking and no advertising. Nothing is uploaded unless you switch on a backup or sync option, forward an email to your inbox address, or use the optional AI scan. The privacy policy sets out exactly what each of those sends.
Why we ask for your email
Temopi Keep only asks for your email address when you sign in for Google Drive backup or Cloud Sync. It is used for authentication only, and is never sold or shared with third parties.

A Simpler App
- The app has been rebuilt around one unified item list covering warranties, subscriptions, purchases, documents and to-dos, replacing the separate forms and dashboards each type used to have
- Streamlined default categories, with a + button to add your own on the fly
- Custom fields — Add reusable text or number fields to any item type
- Field visibility — Hide the built-in fields you don't use, per item type and category
- Modernised design system — new palette, spacing and shadows, animated buttons, and skeleton and empty states
Local Backup & Restore
- Save everything — items, photos, PDFs and their thumbnails — to a single .zip from Settings
- Save straight to your file manager — Pick any folder on Android, or use Save to Files / the share sheet on iOS
- Restore a .zip by merging it with what you have or replacing everything, after a preview of what is inside
- On the first launch after upgrading, the app offers to save a backup before anything else
- Backups include a copy of your original pre-upgrade data, so nothing is lost even if the upgrade mapped something incorrectly
Scanning
- AI Scan — Gemini Flash extracts product name, company, dates, serial number and price from a photo, with 3 free scans a day and a fallback to on-device OCR
- Scanned fields populate the form instantly — no more assigning them line by line
- Barcode scanner — Scan UPC/EAN codes with the camera or enter one by hand to auto-fill product details
Multi-Select Delete
- Long-press any item on the home screen (or tap the checklist icon) to select several and delete them in one action, with Select All / Deselect All
- Deleting an item now also removes its photos and PDFs from the device, cancels its reminder, clears it from any widget, and records a tombstone so cloud sync cannot resurrect it

Fixes
- To-do checklists and due dates survive a Google Drive round trip and inbox saves intact
- Restoring or importing no longer overwrites an item's 'Added' date or marks it as just-edited
- Re-importing a backup no longer duplicates photos
- Cancelled and paused subscriptions no longer show as red 'Expired'
- Search now also looks inside notes, serial numbers, issuers, to-do text and custom fields
- To-do due dates now drive sorting and status, with clear 'Overdue' and 'Due today' labels
- Ticking off or adding a to-do updates the home-screen widget immediately
- Subscription-only rows no longer appear on items that aren't subscriptions
- The app waits for the data upgrade to finish before showing the first screen
- Dates entered as YYYY-MM-DD no longer shift by a day in timezones behind UTC
- Turning a reminder off now cancels the scheduled notification instead of leaving it orphaned
- Cloud sync sends changes in the format the server expects, propagates deletions both ways, and no longer drops to-do lists, due dates, custom fields, reminders, cover-photo choice or PDF thumbnails
- A single malformed record from the server no longer aborts the whole sync
- Barcode lookup and inbox dismissal now match the server API
- Signing in to Google Drive no longer flashes an 'unmatched route' screen
- Cloud sign-in and home-screen widget links now open the app correctly on iOS
- Upgrading from v1 preserves custom fields, PDF thumbnails, the chosen cover photo, and return deadline / return store / return policy / order number values
- More hardcoded colours replaced with theme colours, so the home screen, item screen, camera and not-found screen render correctly in dark mode
