Common questions

How do I report a bug?

Email us with the app name, the version (you can find it in the app's settings or About screen), your device model, and what happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.

How do I delete my data?

Most of what our apps store lives only on your device, so deleting the app removes it. For anything kept on our servers — such as a sync or online-play account — email us from the address linked to it and we will delete it. Each app's privacy policy lists exactly what is stored and where.

Which devices are supported?

Our apps are made for iPhone and Android phones. Pimori Caro can also be played for free in any modern web browser.

Can I suggest a feature?

Please do! Many features in our apps started as a suggestion from someone using them. Send your idea to the email below.
